Outdoor jogging VS treadmill jogging

I used to be a food nutrition manager, knowing body building and exercising well. One question people often asked me is that is outdoor jogging better or treadmill jogging better. Well now I’m running an exercise machine company, selling treadmills, elliptical, home gyms, exercise bikes, etc. Yet, I have to tell you the truth, outdoor jogging is better definitely.

Outdoor jogging might be the most efficient way to lost weight, as long as you maintain you exercise plan and have scientific diet habit (I’ll introduce some it in the future.). It’s not going to say treadmills are not good. Treadmill is the friend or tool to exercise, when you don’t have the time and chance to go outdoors. If you a business man, flying every day, the only way is to exercise at hotel with a treadmill.

Now we sell many types of treadmills, I’m not going to say which one is the best treadmill, because there’s no answer. It’s up to many conditions. What we can recommend to our customers is that, first, if you have the chance, like living around a lake, save your money and go outdoor jogging, though we might lost a potential customer or a real business, we would like to see you are in a better health condition. Go outside and touching the nature. Second, if you have decided to buy a treadmill, take some treadmill reviews before you go to exercise machine stores. You buy smart and will lately enjoy your exercise life.
